New Pro Products was our first corporate sponsor
New Pro Products is a small company based in north central Kentucky, whose main focus is to develop science-based products for the outdoor recreational market that not only enhance outdoor recreational activities, but also protect our natural environment.
Judy Tipton from New Pro explains in an interview with basslures.net:
"As lifelong anglers, and like other tournament fishermen, we were struggling to
keep our fish alive and healthy throughout the summer season. Seeing all the dead fish floating around the weigh-in at the tournaments we were competing in did not make us very proud to admit we were the problem. So, we kept thinking that there had to be a better way.
After some experimenting, we hit on a concept to improve livewell conditions and then went to work with mechanical engineers and biologists to put our ideas into to building a product.
The result is the V-T2 Livewell Ventilation System. We started New Pro Products
in 2004 and built the first prototype and began testing. In 2008, we received
both a utility and design patent and also a Canada patent in 2012."
